What we get here is a brand new split tape of two, also rather young Black Metal hordes. Lets get into the middle immediately. Side A starts with HELL, which consists of members of WITCHCRAFT, as far as I know, it is M who is the main-man in this horde, plus we can find Noctis on bass, Khrul behind the drums and Angmar doing the vocals. Dont expect something hellishly fast music fromL, each two songs dont speed up higher than midtempos, but believe me, it is way better this way! Listen to HELL, and you will know how cold, stenching and frightening a crypt can be. Both two songs start with some noises, and some screams coming from the depths, and also the tracks end with these, so they might function as intor/outro. I remember Thanatos from THY FUNERAL compared HELL to ARMAGEDDAs Only True Beliefs album, and He was damn right! The echoing sound makes everything more sinistrous! Excelent music from and excellent horde! These two songs were released also on CD-R, and as far as I know, the band changed its name to WOUND. VORKUTA follows on side B also with two compositions. Black Winter invokes the coldness of the darkest winters, and the song hides also a grim solo in the middle as well! Journey In The Night is filled with nocturnal energies, what you can feel when you are walking alone in the night, and these feelings will come up especially at the doom-like ending of the song! Just as HELLs side, this one is also a colossal work of one of the best Black Metal horde from Hungary. Also the side of VORKUTA will be (or is already) released on a 7 with the title Philosophy Of Death Wish In II Cold And Dark Pieces The tape is no longer available unfortunately, but you can still try to get these tracks in the form of the mentioned releases.
